How can therapy help me?

Therapy is the first step to action. It provides you with an opportunity to 'do the work' with the right support, and skilled problem solving. It is beneficial when dealing with conflict in your relationship, infidelity, divorce, transitions in your life, anger management, early childhood trauma, addiction, and improving your self-esteem and confidence to design and live the life you want.

Do you accept insurance?

I accept Tricare, which is health insurance coverage for military dependent families. For all other coverage I can provide a super bill. The process involves the client paying out of pocket, and submitting the receipt to the insurance carrier for reimbursement.  Please check with your insurance about the reimbursement amount, as it depends on the coverage you have.

How do I make an appointment?
